Product Spotlight: Bodycraft XFT Functional Trainer! (Video)

We were very excited to spend some time diving in to the Bodycraft XFT, a multi-functional piece of equipment that combines a functional trainer with dual adjustable pulleys, and a Smith / Jones machine into a single system. Unlike a typical Smith machine, the XFT's bar not only moves up and down but also back and forth and rotates, allowing for more natural barbell-style movements. With 20 inches of horizontal movement and 60 inches of vertical movement, users have the flexibility to perform a wide range of exercises such as bicep curls, pull-ups, squats, and bench presses. The XFT comes with a single weight stack that can be upgraded to 200 pounds, and the bar has a 1:1 weight ratio, making the resistance feel like the actual weight being used. However, users can adjust the weight by sliding the adjustable pulley carabiners onto a hook, effectively doubling the weight. This feature ensures users have room to grow and won't be limited by the weight stack. The XFT is designed to take up minimal space, making it a great option for home gyms. It also features a pull-up bar with a wide and narrow grip, and a can function as a much more natural lat machine.

Check out the video on our Youtube channel and see what makes the Bodycraft XFT an excellent piece of equipment for anyone looking for a multi-functional home gym that can replace traditional equipment such as a squat rack and a lat machine.

Also be sure to visit our showroom and warehouse in Largo, Florida and try out the XFT for yourself!
