We were absolutely thrilled with how the recent redesign of the Club at Cheval turned out. We started working with The Club at the end of 2021 on a complete re-work of their existing facility, which spreads out across three rooms in an already diverse facility offering everything from weight training and group cardio classes to tennis instruction, swimming, and children's after school programs.
Beau Taillefer, the Fitness Director of the Club, has a passion for fitness and really helped drive the direction for the new facility. And Larry King Jr., the longtime owner of the club, was eager to facilitate a change and refresh the facility.
"Anytime you upgrade anything, people have an expectation of what
kind of equipment you have, is it up to date, is it meeting the needs of what they want," Larry said, "And then when you're hiring trainers that need certain equipment it has to match what they want to train. So it kind of all comes together, and at the end of the day they've got to walk in the room and go 'Oh yeah, I'm going to use that.'"
For the installation, we installed a full circuit of custom-made TuffStuff Proformance strength equipment, which is manufactured to-order inside the USA, in Chino, California. The Cardio consisted of a mix of Landice, Spirit, and Hydrow.
