The Series 7 Smith Machine is one of our top-selling Body-Solid items, and for good reason. An extremely high-quality piece that is versatile, capable, and durable, it's perfect for those building out a garage gym who want to train safely on their own. 

The Series 7 itself (just the smith machine) is a fantastic linear ball bearing smith that will last a long, long time, without the drawbacks of roller bearings you'll find in more budget smith machines. The external "gun rack" allows the Series 7 to be used as a free weight squat or lifting rack with safeties, in addition to the smith for fixed-plane exercises. That allows for a greater versatility than you'll find in other setups, and the flexibility to train in the safest way possible based on your conditions. Weight horns provide an all-in-one machine without the need for extra storage. 

As an alternative, the all-inclusive Package system also includes the FID71 bench, a lat pulldown attachment and pec deck with selector weight stack, meaning all you need to bring are the olympic plates.
